Okay...Taking some good advice..To tell yall more about my life...I am a 50 yr.old mother of a 14yr.old son w/autistic spectrum disorder & Tourettes syndrome.We live on the coast of Texas,just moved here about 8 months ago from rural west Texas.I brought him here so that he could get in a good school and get a chance at a decent future.We live in a small ,older R.V. in a park;that fortunatly ,is in a good school district.We live on SSI which pays the rent,but dosent leave much over for the rest of the month.It sometimes hurt's me that i cant do more for my boy,but as i read some of the other post,i feel fortunate.I got my boy a football for Christmas, and was glad he was satisfied,but wished i could have gotten him some good clothes.Bless all of you on here ,and now yall know a little more about us

Please hold on people,surely God hears your hurts and suffering.He know's we love our children and want what's best for them.We can only do ,what we can do? Right? I want my son to realize that the best gift for Christmas is Christ!!! It can be hard (I KNOW!),but remind your kids that someone is always worse off than them.I pray we all get gifts for our children and food to feed them.God Bless you all
Someone (another single mom i think) has offered to send me a cell phone for my autistic 14 yr old here in Texas! I am very grateful.I read some of these post and feel my situation is not so bad.Although we live in small R.V, and don't have much, we still manage to survive.We don't have money for ex-tra's,but we have each other.Just wanted to say:Thank You God for my children!!!
I am a single mom of a 14 yr old boy with Tourrettes and autism spectrum disorder.We live in Texas.I am here to ask for help with food for Thanksgiving/Christmas and clothes/shoes for my son.Also It would be wonderful if someone would help with a cell phone for him for a Christmas present (USED WOULD BE FINE).This would be good for him since we now live in the city and would enable us to communicate in case of emergency.God Bless You....Mary12345
Hello,I am a single mother of a wonderful 14 yr old son.We live in Texas.We are on a very minimal income.I am here to ask if someone might help with Thanksgiving/Christmas food,and clothes/shoes for my boy.He is a good kid.We have just recently moved from the country to the city here,and because my son has Tourettes,autism spectrum disorder,I would also like for him to have a cell phone to contact me for emergencies.I would be most grateful for any help and a used phone would be fine.This would be a great Christmas gift for him and for me ,so I wouldnt have to worry about him so much during the day.God Bless....Mary12345
Hello and happy holidays to all.I am writting this in hopes that someone might be able to help me with food and clothes/shoes for my son for Christmas.I see there are alot of families needing help also,so i dont feel so alone.I am a 50yr.old mom of a 14yr old boy with tourettes syndrome and ASD.We live in a tiny RV,so a bunch of presents wouldnt be right for us.My boy could use some clothes/shoes ect.Also i would like for him to have a cell phone to stay in contact with me since we now live in a big city.(USED IS OKAY).Food is always welcome since we live on such a small income.God Bless in advance for any help...Mary12345
